Esther Park, MS, RD

Esther is a Registered Dietitian specializing in health-centered approaches for all nutrition related concerns. Her areas of expertise include eating disorders, diabetes, and weight related issues. Her passion is helping people re-establish normal eating by finding the balance between health and pleasure. She advocates moderation and internally regulated eating as key factors in developing a healthy nutritional lifestyle. In addition, Ms. Park teaches special topic courses for Women's Studies and Food Science and Human Nutrition Departments at MSU. She also serves the University Physician's Office as consultant/coach for the Health4U Program NutritionMatters component. Esther maintains a clinical nutrition private practice and has traveled throughout Michigan to present nutrition workshops to a wide variety of groups.

Esther received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Masters of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Michigan State University. Ms. Park was awarded a Nutrition Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University Hospitals in Baltimore, Maryland. She is an active member of the American Dietetic Association and the Sports and Cardiovascular Nutritionists professional practice group. Esther's interests outside of work include her family, meditation, and yoga.
